Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the items. Please note that we do not offer free returns; shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:

The order must include all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as received.

Normal handling is acceptable, but damage caused by careless use is not covered.

Products that must be hygienically clean must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

If the product is defective upon receipt, it is eligible for return.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns are processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged due to customer negligence.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

Customer’s address
We will review your request and provide you with the return address.
Do not send the item back to the sender address; we will give you the correct return address.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation / Right of Withdrawal
Because our system is fully automated, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If your order is already in transit, you must wait to receive the item before starting a return.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us via email at infolifetron.fashion@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision. The cancellation is only completed once we have received the returned items. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipments in Transit
Our products are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer delivery times. Once items are in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can inform us in advance of your intention to cancel and return the item once it arrives.
For faster processing, we recommend including proof of shipment when returning the item.
Refund Policy
If you regret your purchase, we will refund all payments you have made, excluding shipping costs (except for additional costs if you chose a different delivery method than our standard option). Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving your cancellation and the returned items.
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
